MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide HR business support with day-to day people management matters, helping enhance process efficiency, delivering detailed operational assistance, and contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and regulations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Supports in conducting disciplinary hearings with employees in coordination with Line Managers and ensure a fair and transparent process takes place.
  • Conducts fact-finding and investigation meetings for HR related cases.
  • Conducts and provides recommendations on employee grievances to support HR Business Support.
  • Collaborates with Rewards & Manpower Planning to ensure that Job Descriptions (JDs) are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect the true scope and responsibilities of each role.
  • Evaluates internal candidates' qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with the role requirements, facilitating a fair and efficient internal recruitment process.
  • Prepares HR letters related to disciplinary actions, retirement, and Maternity, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Reviews and assesses endorsement forms of internal candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements before the final interview stage.
  • Assists in developing initiatives within the HR function, identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancement, and developing and maintaining clear HR process flows for the business.
  • Assists with processing paperwork related to manpower movements.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED


Minimum Education Level 

·       Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Languages   

·       Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

·       Previous experience within an HR role.
